The brotherhood aims to defend and promote the truffle Tuber Melanosporum everywhere, at all times and on all occasions. So, its members participate to many gourmets demonstrations, fêtes, fairs and markets in France and abroad in response to the invitations made by the other brotherhoods or associations.
More than 300 members make it live again with all the magnificent ways and the splendid ceremonies of the older days, for the pleasure of the eyes and the palate. |

The Days "Around the Truffle"
For individuals, Mr. René Sourdon proposes a whole day around the truffle : market in Richerenches, a meal with truffles, cavage, visiting la Maison de la truffe (the house of the truffle).

On Saturdays from November to mid-March.
M. Marc Clavel proposes, every Saturday from December to March, a day called "truffles and snails"! Market in Richerenches, a meal with truffles, a cavage and the visit of his snails breeding. Price : 70 €/pers.
