arose from the desire to make our land and one of its fruits known to the public, the truffle, or otherwise called, the Black Diamond !
The famous and traditional rabasse (in Provençal dialect) is honored every year in the famous market of Richerenches, Capital of the Quality truffle, in the Enclave des Papes.

  • Brotherhood of the Black Diamond and of the Gastronomy
The brotherhood aims to defend and promote the truffle Tuber Melanosporum everywhere, at all times and on all occasions. So, its members participate to many gourmets demonstrations, fêtes, fairs and markets in France and abroad in response to the invitations made by the other brotherhoods or associations.
More than 300 members make it live again with all the magnificent ways and the splendid ceremonies of the older days, for the pleasure of the eyes and the palate.

For individuals, Mr. René Sourdon proposes a whole day around the truffle : market in Richerenches, a meal with truffles, cavage, visiting la Maison de la truffe (the house of the truffle).
